DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS AS AN INDUSTRY SAVVY DISTRIBUTOR SERVICE MANAGER FOR EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR OF SUB ZERO, WOLF AND COVE LUXURY KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN NORTHERN CA. AND HAWAII - $100,000-$120,000/YEAR - BURLINGAME, CA!

Preferred Candidates will Possess:

• At least 1 year of actual installation experience - will be conducting Installation Audits of 3rd party FCI (Factory Certified Installation) providers
• Will be overseeing the FCI (Factory Certified Installation) Program, the factory authorized exchange of products and product installations for both dealer displays and production builders.
• Conduct regular trainings with network of Authorized Servicers and Factory Certified Installation providers
• Manage weekly installations, working with Sales Operations Specialists to coordinate and execute the installation of dealer display products and the installation of product for production builder direct sales in the Bay Area market
• MUST HAVE excellent Customer Service skills and be Resolutions Oriented
• Spanish Speakers a Plus
• MUST HAVE a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD as will be covered under company insurance
• Strong Industry Knowledge and proficient computer skills to include MS Office Suite
• Experience with Netsuite a Plus
• Be comfortable with road travel between Burlingame, San Leandro and Sacramento on a consistent basis (60%-80%)
