What You'll Do:
Spearhead daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing throughput. Cultivate a high-performance team environment through coaching, mentoring, and skill development. Enforce rigorous safety standards and protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between frontline associates and leadership, fostering transparency and collaboration. Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and inventory, to optimize productivity and minimize costs. Resolve operational challenges swiftly and decisively, minimizing disruptions and maintaining service levels.
Qualifications

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (1+ years). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Strong organizational, planning, and team-building capabilities.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse setting. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). * Certification in safety management or related field.
