This includes but is not limited to directing the Inbound and Outbound work environment by training, coaching, evaluating and initiating disciplinary action as needed. \xc2\xb7 Manages assigned departments within the assigned distribution center \xc2\xb7 Manages 7 - 10 hourly supervisory staff members engaged in operations to include: \xc2\xb7 Active order fulfillment process \xc2\xb7 Maintaining distribution schedules to ensure our adherence to customer and company requirements such as cost and quality \xc2\xb7 Physical and systematic product receiving and replenishment \xc2\xb7 Inventory accuracy - confirm inventory information matches the physical inventory quantities of the warehouse by recording and reporting data metrics. \xc2\xb7 Measure of daily and weekly workforce KPI\'s \xc2\xb7 Continuous process improvement objectives \xc2\xb7 BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a related field \xc2\xb7 5+ years of proven management experience in fulfillment, production, distribution or a similar position \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of data analysis Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:
