- Ensures a safe work environment by setting and communicating safe practices, ensuring compliance, and enforcing standards.
- Coordinate workforce to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics are met.
- Develop associates by providing frequent feedback and coaching for team and individual performance. Prepare and deliver performance evaluations.
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally to support team and business goals.
- Utilize computers and understand distribution center technology to generate reports and/or maximize efficiencies.
- Participate in continuous process improvement.
- Build positive working relationships and foster team work environment
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies and/or procedures
3-5 years in a warehouse leadership role or similar experience
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and communication styles
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, punctuality and reliability
- Possess a valid driver licence
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environmentl
