About This Opportunity:

As a Display Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of display projects, ensuring that retailer, sales, and marketing needs are clearly interpreted and communicated to vendors. Your role is to coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle--from intake and launch through execution and completion.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and be skilled in managing projects. We are looking for someone who can deliver innovative display solutions by connecting retailer needs with vendor capabilities, can present in multiple environments, build rapport with internal and external teams, and who can influence and educate others.

This position would offer entryway for those in CPG/FMCG (Consumer Package Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods) into an entrepreneurial tech-savvy sector.

Responsibilities:

Project Intake and Launch:

Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into RFPs to guide vendors in developing successful display solutions.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors at all stages, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and timelines.

Stakeholder Communication:

Keep all stakeholders informed, adapting your communication style from C-suite to dock door.

Budget and Reporting:

Manage budgets, issue purchase orders, process invoices, and provide reliable reporting.

Performance Analysis:

Track project effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Inventory Controls:

Oversee annual forecasting requirements and maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience Strong project management, vendor coordination, and/or retail visual merchandising required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) adaptable to all levels of the organization. Creativity and attention to detail are valued, but technical design skills are not required. Ability to work as a team player Possess a strong work ethic and take pride in work quality Strong analytical skills and a disposition for process improvement. Must have exceptional computer skills: MS360 Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Ability to lift 20-30 lbs, walk long distances and climb stairs during plant tours and site visits. Ability to travel up to 5-15%
