Dispensary Store Manager

Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance our mission, vision, goals, and objectives. Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees. Ordering of products from Vendors for the retail locations, monitoring inventory Implement policies and ensure staff follows best practices. Oversee and manage product inventory and financial records. Ensure compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations. Manage financial records and cash handling procedures. Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience. Provide education and development for staff Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them. Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling. Serve as an ambassador to the local community. Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
Qualifications:

2+ years experience in retail management role (preferably cannabis) Minimum of 21 years of age Possess valid driver's license or state ID Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong knowledge of cash register operations and point-of-sale systems. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to effectively recruit, train, and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with interviewing and hiring new employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
