: We are searching for a Dispensary General Manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis and the industry. Flower of Life is a locally owned, family business in Flint, MI. • Management of retail space, including staff, customer service, and sales merchandising.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and choose brands that align with business model.
• Perform and maintain all compliance related duties.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Educate the customer and staff on product offerings.
• Stay current in learning and educating self on brands, products and industry.
• Maintain friendly and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers.
• Foster a healthy and vibrant working environment with co-workers.
• Inventory control - Stickering, labeling, restocking.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Instruct staff on responsibilities of achieving excelling in sales.
• Ability to accurately receive deliveries in compliance with regulations.
• Understanding of sale metrics to optimize profitability.
• Set and monitor employee scheduling and attendance.
• Organize event to include music, food trucks, specials, and promotion.
• Maintain a consistent marketing presence in the local Flint area.
• Proactive in business development by executing new ideas to help grow the business.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with Metrc and Dutchie POS system.
• Full-time availability, 40+ hours a week.
• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of industry brands.
• Experience in retail.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
