Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and adjusting routes efficiently. Utilize knowledge of supply chain logistics to assist customers with their needs and provide accurate information. Communicate effectively with clients and drivers regarding transportation planning. Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly in English. Bilingual a plus. Knowledge of transportation planning concepts and fleet management practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
