```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and text
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues.
-Manage scheduling duties for numerous technicians
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Dispatching is a plus
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to type quickly and accurately
