Main Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise distribution, dispatch, and transportation activities.
Coordinate inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring on-time and proper deliveries.
Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics assistants, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Control inventories, verifying accuracy in records and reconciliations.
Implement logistics and distribution performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery times, costs, route efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (occupational safety, traffic, transportation standards).
Prepare operational performance reports and propose process improvements.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.
Handle unforeseen situations such as delays, returns, accidents, or product damages, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation positions.
Proven experience supervising work teams.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, route control, and transportation.
Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Knowledge of occupational safety standards and transportation regulations.
