We are seeking an outgoing and friendly dispatcher to answer the phones and perform data entry in a busy office environment. This pivotal role requires organizational skills and multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of office experience, easy going attitude, and flexibility. As a dispatcher, you will be the backbone of our office operations, scheduling appointments, interacting with customers, employees, and other duties as they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
Dispatching jobs.
Answering phones.
Scheduling appointments.
Entering Invoices, Estimates, and Payments.
Filing.
Miscellaneous office responsibilities.
We have a paid holidays. We will pay for 1/2 of health insurance premiums after 90 days through a group insurance plan. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
