Dispatcher - TitanZ Plumbing & HVAC

The Role

The Dispatcher is the communication hub of TitanZ's Service Department. You'll coordinate daily field operations, ensure technicians are efficiently routed, and keep both customers and team members informed. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, stays organized, communicates clearly, and keeps their cool under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, assign, and dispatch technicians for Plumbing and HVAC jobs Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to maintain daily efficiency Communicate with technicians, CSRs, and customers regarding job status, ETAs, and changes Prioritize emergency calls and member services based on company dispatch protocols Track open jobs, follow up on pending estimates, and support workflow management in ServiceTitan Coordinate with the Service Manager to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure full coverage Document all relevant call details, updates, and outcomes accurately
Qualifications

2+ year experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience a plus) High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
