- is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to fill a Full time Dispatch Position.

Job Responsibilities

includes but not limited to.

Work with the Drivers daily to ensure goals are met. Meet with owners and senior management monthly to discuss sales goals and results. Meet weekly with the Drivers to discuss policy and areas of improvement Handle customer complaints and on road issues Train and develop new staff. Increase part quality through training and incentives. Increase overall car totals through customers service and quality service Track and coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency Develop a team environment
Chuck and Eddies is an industry leader in used auto part sales and customer service.

Skills

The candidate is expected to be a "People person" with a great attitude. Very good written and oral communication capacity. Experience in towing and dispatch is required. Must have basic computer skills, Should be comfortable in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Apps, Drive and etc. Powerlink and ITS experience is preferred Must be able to function in a fast pace/high call volume environment.
