A Dispatcher needed to help clients to find their rides, contact with the brokers and handle the route for the drivers. This position requires someone who is a multitasker and could resolve immediate situations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Help the members to find their rides.
- Contact with the brokers and the drivers.
- Making sure the clients get to their appt on time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in dispatch
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
