Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

Optimize Routes:

Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure prompt passenger pickups

Coordinate Schedules:

Oversee and adjust driver schedules in real time

Customer Support:

Resolve transportation issues and respond to inquiries with professionalism

Driver Assistance:

Guide drivers through route adjustments for maximum efficiency

Effective Communication:

Manage inbound/outbound calls with clarity and courtesy

Service Excellence:

Provide outstanding customer service throughout each interaction

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or transportation is a plus
