What You'll Do

Strategically assign technicians to appointments based on skill sets, job needs, and parts availability. Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure they have the information, tools, and coordination needed for each call. Provide real-time updates to customers regarding technician status and arrival times. Monitor weather, traffic, and job progress, alerting technicians to potential delays or hazards. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to align parts, repairs, and scheduling. Maintain dispatch board accuracy, including time-off requests, availability, and schedule adjustments.
Support overall efficiency through calm problem-solving and clear decision-making throughout the day.

What You Bring

Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills. A detail-focused mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Comfort working within structured systems, processes, and dispatch software like Service Titan. Clear and calm communication skills with technicians, customers, and internal teams. A steady, supportive, teamwork-oriented personality -- someone who brings consistency to the operation. Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Outlook, and technology-driven workflows.
