Byway Plumbing is expanding, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. Experience a plus but not required.

Location: Greenwood, Arkansas

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff Plan and schedule efficient service routes Assist with appointment scheduling and documentation Monitor vehicle locations and respond to emergencies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide excellent customer service when schedules shift Coordinate with technicians, managers, and warranty companies
