The Role: Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You'll be the one who:

Matches the right technician to the right job Keeps customers informed and confident Supports our field team with clear, accurate information Keeps everything moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

(Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You Bring

Strong multitasking and communication skills Comfort handling high-volume, multi-line calls Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Dispatch or ServiceTitan experience is a plus Knowledge of plumbing or the Metro Phoenix area is helpful
