Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your skills in customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. You will assign there appropriate technician to service customers based on skill set and location throughout the day. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping others and a strong background in customer service.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan. Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Support marketing initiatives by providing insights from customer interactions. Participate in project management tasks related to customer service improvements and operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar CRM software to manage customer accounts efficiently. Experience in SaaS environments is preferred, with an understanding of software solutions. Knowledge of HVAC services is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with relevant inquiries. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights based on customer interactions. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in sales is beneficial for identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
