Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture is looking for a

Dispatcher

to keep our delivery teams and customers happy and on track!
This role is non-remote and based in Boise, ID.

Sunday to Wednesday (4 - 10hr shifts)

What You'll Do:

Be the hero who handles emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns with quick solutions. Build strong relationships with our delivery teams, transportation crew, and customers. Create efficient trucking routes that save time and money while keeping deliveries smooth. Keep detailed logs and records like a pro! Enjoy working 4, 10-hour shifts with

3 days off

! Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.

Who You Are:

You've got

2+ years

of dispatching or customer service experience. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems. Communication is your superpower (both speaking and writing). Organized, tech-savvy, and ready to multitask across multiple screens. Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and stay active with prolonged sitting and standing. High School diploma or GED required; experience in transportation, customer service, or warehouse admin preferred.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent GED, 2 years' work experience in a related field for customer service, administration, transportation, or warehouse administration preferred.
