Job Description
TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our fast-paced marine operations team. This leadership role offers growth potential and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and training dispatchers
Managing scheduling, incident reports, and invoicing
Ensuring accuracy in duty logs, Customs documentation, and Dispatch Manager tracking
Recruiting and onboarding new dispatchers
Supporting membership sales and working closely with management
Qualifications:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and support 24/7 operations
