What will you be doing:

The Dispatch Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the timely and accurate delivery of products or services to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring dispatch operations, optimizing routing and scheduling, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.

Delegate job responsibilities efficiently and ensure that delegated tasks are carried out properly. Work closely with senior leadership in developing/meeting company goals and objectives. Knowledgeable of, and responsible for, current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties. Must maintain a genuine care and concern for customers and their families. Assists with Performance Improvement activities and outcomes. Verify employee time cards by utilizing trip sheets and ensuring an accurate and timely submission.

What is required:

Valid Driver's License Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company. Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position MUST be able to work flexible hours Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
