Dispatch Operator - Making a Difference One Call at a Time!

As our Dispatch Operator, you'll be the vital link between those in need and our dedicated Field Services team, ensuring that help reaches those animals who need it most.



Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls with s friendly, empathetic and profesionalism manner Efficiently prioritize and dispatch service requests to appropriate field teams Provide accurate information to the general public Assist the public with lost and found animals Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, dispatches, and incidents Collaborate with team members to optimize response times and service delivery Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and emergency protocols


Requirements:



Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using computer systems and radio dispatch system Ability to work flexible hours based upon operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies
