Position Overview

The Dispatch & Lead Intake Coordinator manages all incoming communication--calls, texts, emails, and digital leads--while coordinating schedules for our sales and production teams for multiple divisions. This individual will work closely with production managers to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route all

incoming calls, texts, emails, and lead submissions

Provide professional, courteous communication to customers and internal staff Gather essential project details and accurately enter them into our systems Schedule

sales appointments

crew assignments

in coordination with production managers Maintain a clear, organized daily schedule for sales and field teams Ensure follow-ups and next-steps are completed promptly and documented Support office operations by maintaining consistent communication flow throughout the day
Qualifications

Construction, trades, or field-service industry experience strongly preferred

Excellent phone etiquette and confidence handling high call volumes Warm, personable communication style with strong customer-service skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and CRM systems Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through Full-time, Monday-Friday
