About the Role

LakePoint Augusta is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Dishwasher/Server

to join our dining services team. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional service to residents and guests while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver courteous and professional table service to residents and guests. Maintain a clean and polished appearance in the dining room. Stay informed about daily menus and communicate effectively with residents and guests. Accommodate special requests whenever possible. Clear tables, remove soiled tableware, and reset tables according to standards. Assist with food plating, garnishing, and other preparation tasks. Perform cleaning duties, including floors, doors, mats, countertops, and serving tables. Monitor cleanliness in all dining and kitchen areas. Maintain salad bar and soup station to ensure proper stocking and safety. Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all items meet service standards. Store cleaned dishes and utensils properly. Maintain sanitary conditions in preparation and service areas per health code requirements. Dispose of garbage, sweep and mop floors, and promptly clean spills. Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred but not required.
