Responsibilities: Throughout prep and service, clean all utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and other items related to food preparation and service, through use of dishwasher and other means as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dish area, including machines, sinks, and floor. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, including machines, appliances, sinks and floor. Post-service, support executive chef and cooks in kitchen clean-up. Clear recyclables and garbage throughout prep, service and closing. Required: Ability to organize and plan tasks to work quickly and efficiently. Working knowledge of health department regulations. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
