Ramsay's Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located in Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district, Chisholm Creek, guests enjoy a seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, as well as local favorites with a twist.


The Porter must have:

A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to Gordon Ramsay's high standards. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred, but not required. A focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures. A willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations.

Key Accountabilities:

Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors. Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner. Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership. Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines. Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards.
