What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Assist with food preparation tasks to support the culinary team in delivering delicious meals. Bus tables promptly to ensure a tidy dining space for guests and facilitate smooth service flow. Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly. Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling guidelines and sanitation practices. Support catering events by preparing necessary items and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during busy service times. Uphold high standards of cleanliness by regularly cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn! Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles will enhance your effectiveness in this position. A background in catering or banquet service is beneficial for those looking to expand their skills. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
