Dishwasher/Kitchen Utility - AM/PM/Flex Shifts

Pay is:

$15 per hour

AM Restaurant Operation:

6:30am-10am 7 days a week

[shifts start at 5:30am and 7am]

PM Restaurant Operation:

4pm-10pm 7 days a week

[shifts start at 3:30pm and 4:30pm]

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for 5 hour shift. Position requires occasional stooping, bending and lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Working hours:

Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work - days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy. Schedule will be dictated by Kitchen Mgr. or Food & Beverage Mgr.

Job Duties:

Dishwashing: Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand and using dishwasher. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, utensils, and floors. Stocking: Stocking serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes, utensils, and supplies. Food Preparation: Assisting with cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking or serving, as directed. Trash Removal: Removing full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift. Equipment Maintenance: Checking the operation of dishwashing machines and reporting any technical issues. General Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors. Performs other related duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager or Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications and Skills needed:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Pleasant attitude and customer service oriented. Team player Department: Food & Beverage Supervisor: Kitchen Manager/Food & Beverage Manager
