Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Support the kitchen team during busy service times. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Help with catering setups and banquet events by preparing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of food items. Follow proper sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the kitchen.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations. Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory. A genuine interest in culinary arts, hospitality, or food service industries is highly valued. Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 - 32.0 per week
