Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. This role involves assisting in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and baking dishes following the chef's instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans
- Ensure all kitchen work areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly stored
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
