What you'll do



Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Assist in food preparation by chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and effectively. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in catering events by assisting with food setup and breakdown. Keep work areas clean and sanitized to promote a safe cooking environment. Provide excellent support to chefs and other kitchen staff to enhance overall service quality.

Basic qualifications



Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen setting. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.35 - $18.50 per hour
