Essential Functions:

Follow proper procedures in accordance to Panhandle Health and work as a team player. Wash, Rinse and Sanitize all dishes. Works quickly and efficiently. Follows direction and is quick to see what needs to be done next. Cleans and Sanitized the Kitchen equipment. Sweep, Mops and organizes all areas in kitchen according to check list and training manual.

Perform routine kitchen tasks while following lists; label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible; stock Paper towel dispensers, toilet paper etc. clean under tables and workstations and maintain clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces and assisting with trash duties, ensure food and other items are stored and labeled properly; complying with health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Reports any discrepancies in health or sanitization

Other Function and Duties:

Demonstrates Copow service standards and ethic principles with staff.

Cleans bathrooms daily

Keep Garbage cans empty and cleaned out

Skill Set:

Knowledge of basic cleaning tasks, organizational skills, manual dexterity, communication skills, attention to detail, must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time.

Able to read, write and understand english, able to accept directives

Able to work independently. Multitasker, sufficient at time management

Has a willingness to serve

Works well with others, has a high level of integrity as well as a team player

Able to help out with closing duties
