Job Description

Maniac-Mikes Caf\xc3\xa9 in Upland, CA is looking for a Dishwasher who will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and other equipment as required by staff.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the dish area is clean and organized.
• Empty trash cans as required throughout the shift.
• Loading, running, and unloading of the dishwashing machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Monitor dish machine temperature and chemicals every two hours to ensure accuracy.
• Wash, air dry, and store all tableware as quickly as possible.
• Keep the dish station clean and organized.
• Bag and haul trash from cans as required throughout the day.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Perform daily cleanup including; sweeping and mopping daily.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed but the restaurant manager or manager on duty.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain a San Bernardino Food Handlers card.
