Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will support our restaurant operations by ensuring dishes are properly cleaned, tables are promptly cleared, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment meets high standards. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen support and setup Support catering and banquet events with cleaning and setup duties Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular cleaning and organization Handle food handling responsibilities safely and hygienically in compliance with food safety regulations Support serving staff by providing timely assistance during busy service periods Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling, cleaning protocols, and kitchen safety practices is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed Basic understanding of culinary or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
