Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing machinery. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper bussing to facilitate smooth service flow. Help uphold sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and participating in routine cleaning schedules.

Requirements



Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently. Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation procedures. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills to support busy kitchen operations during high-volume service times. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or special event days such as banquets or catering functions. A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a lively hospitality atmosphere.
