A Hospitality Manager is a crucial part of our business. A Hospitality Manager is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest that visits walks away having a remarkable experience.
Pay Type: $14-$16/hr

Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to report to work daily
Ability to multitask
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Customer Service-Oriented
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Handwashes & uses dishwasher to clean all dishes and put them all away in their designated spot
Maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
Would ensure the drive-thru is clean and debris free
Keep parking lot free of trash and debris
Ensures walkways are clean and free of debris by sweeping and possibly shoveling small amounts of snow
Maintains the employee area by keeping the employee table clean and throwing away unwanted items
Refreshes and cleans the children's play area
Addresses bodily fluid accidents in the restaurant by using the proper clean up method
Keep bathrooms fresh and clean
At times helping the kitchen juice lemons to prepare lemonade
Follow sanitation and safety procedures
Handle general maintenance on restaurant equipment
Replaces Light Bulbs
Helps FOH staff keep windows clean in the dining room
Helps do maintenance cleaning (i.e. vents and filters in the kitchen, air ducts, etc)
Required Skills:
Must love to smile & connect with people, make eye contact & speak enthusiastically
