Position Summary:

Los Milics Vineyards is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Dishwasher

to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. As a vital part of our operations, the dishwasher helps ensure smooth kitchen flow and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Take out trash and recyclables regularly, maintaining a clean back-of-house space Assist with restocking clean dishes and kitchen items Support kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to cleanliness and safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Weekend and evening availability preferred
