Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces and equipment. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak service times.

Skills

Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of proper sanitation methods.
