Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment to support our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience or interest in working within a fast-paced restaurant, hotel, or catering setting. Duties

Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations and floors Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies according to health standards Support catering events or banquet setups by providing necessary dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Excellent organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
