We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Support bussing efforts by clearing tables and returning items to the kitchen Help with catering events by preparing necessary items and maintaining cleanliness during service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Participate in regular cleaning duties, including deep cleaning of kitchen appliances and surfaces

Skills

Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices Familiarity with food preparation methods and culinary skills is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff Previous experience in banquet settings or catering services is advantageous A background in hospitality or hotel kitchens is beneficial but not required
