We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring that all ingredients are ready for the cooks. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
