Some of the daily tasks that the dishwasher will encounter include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collect dirty dishes from all areas Utilize the three-sink process for all pans and non-dishwasher safe items Load dirty dishes and pans in the electric dishwasher, running dishes through the wash and rinse cycle Unload the clean dishes and places them in their assigned locations Clean the work area after each meal and completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments Prepares food requests for student activities Assists with dishing condiments/snack items Cleans all food preparation equipment according to use and cleaning procedures

Education and Experience
Must be at least 16 years old. Any prior food service experience is preferred.
