We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, and our kitchen stays neat, organized and operating smoothly. We are looking for someone to work Saturdays and Sundays 8:00-1:15.

Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Support the culinary team during peak hours by bussing tables, running food and ensuring that all necessary items are available for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and properly stocked workspace Assist in any maintenance tasks that may arise including watering plants, cleaning filters, assisting with cleaning projects ECT.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations, including cooking, cleaning, and food preparation techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced culinary professionals.
