Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and dining areas. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service operations within a dynamic environment, supporting overall restaurant, catering, or hotel functions.

Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual cleaning methods Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards Assist with food service operations during busy periods or special events such as banquets and catering functions Follow proper procedures for food handling, safety, and sanitation at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery

Experience

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Familiarity with cleaning protocols in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous Previous kitchen or culinary experience can enhance performance but training will be provided for the right candidate A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for success in this role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
