We're hiring an Overnight Dishwasher to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!

Job Summary:

Deep cleaning of all kitchens and restaurants during overnight hours.

The Details:

Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay: $15.55 per hour. Employees working overnight will receive the regular base rate for the position plus an additional $1.00 per hour premium pay. If you are scheduled to work during the day or evening shift, you will not receive the overnight premium pay and will only receive the regular base rate for the position.


Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all cooking equipment. Clean floors and carpets. Includes use of floor scrubbers and/or carpet extractors. Delime dish machines Perform basic preventative maintenance cleaning on equipment. Clean and sanitize employee restrooms. Complete high dusting in kitchens and dining areas. Clean all walls and ceilings in kitchens and restaurants. Clean and polish all stainless-steel equipment. Move and clean under kitchen equipment as needed. Complete opening and closing shift side duties. Complete the overnight cleaning checklist for the assigned outlet each shift and turn into the Executive Steward each day. Wear the required personal protective equipment while performing tasks. Adhere to all safety risk management and environmental policies while performing tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Ability to physically stand for long periods of time. Ability to work around high temperatures, cleaning detergents and chemicals.

Physical Requirements include:
Able to meet all physical requirements of the job, which include repetitive motion of all extremities and the back including continual kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, pushing and long periods of standing/walking. Frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting and pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
