We are seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and restaurant areas. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and efficient work environment by cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, and workspaces while assisting with food handling and storage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (

Other duties may be assigned):

Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment using hand or dishwashing machines. Maintain cleanliness of worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation areas. Properly dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring garbage cans are sanitized as needed. Stock and organize food items, beverages, condiments, and kitchen supplies. Ensure proper food labeling, rotation, and temperature maintenance. Assist with receiving and storing hot and cold food items in designated areas. Deep clean kitchen areas as required and ensure health and safety regulations compliance. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with fellow team members, guests, and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required. Strong attendance record and reliability. Previous experience in a food service environment (preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation procedures. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
