We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain workflow and efficiency. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about food service operations is desirable.
