Duties

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items for easy access by kitchen staff. Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling or prep work when needed to support culinary operations. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and surface sanitization to uphold hygiene standards. Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods.

Experience

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued! Familiarity with basic food handling procedures and sanitation practices enhances your effectiveness in this role.
