Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, ensuring a smooth flow of food service operations. This role is essential in supporting the overall dining experience by providing a clean and organized environment for food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

Wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and basic food handling when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is properly cleaned and organized Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes to service areas Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines

Skills

Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during busy service hours Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and catering support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic setting Prior banquet, culinary, or hotel experience is a plus but not required
